摘 要:为有效治理钢铁企业原料厂原料转运过程中、落料过程扬尘对环境的污染,提出了采用泡沫抑尘技术。介绍了泡沫抑尘技术的原理,并在前期预实验的基础上,开展了原料转运过程、落料过程扬尘泡沫抑尘工艺的应用研究。结果表明:泡沫抑尘通过直接覆盖尘源是钢铁企业原料场最直接有效的抑尘方式,投用泡沫抑尘设备后抑尘率平均在87%~88%左右,粉尘浓度明显降低,取得了显著的效果,而且增加物料含水量<1.2%;泡沫抑尘投资小,应用简便,操作简单,可实现无人操作。本应用研究将为钢铁企业原料场扬尘治理提供新的解决思路。In order to effectively control the environmental pollution caused by fugitive dust in the process of raw material transfer and blanking in the raw material plant of iron and steel enterprises,foam dust suppression technology was proposed.The principle of foam dust suppression technology is introduced,and on the basis of the preliminary pre-experiments,the application research of the raw material transfer process and the dust foam dust suppression process in the blanking process is carried out.The results show that foam dust suppression is the most direct and effective dust suppression method in the raw material yard of iron and steel enterprises by directly covering the dust source.The average inhibition rate after using foam dust suppression equipment is about 87%~88%,the dust concentration is significantly reduced,and significant result is achieved,meanwhile the moisture content of the material is increased<1.2%;the investment of foam dust suppression is little,and the application is simple,the operation is easy,and the unmanned operation can be realized.This applied research will provide new solutions for dust control in raw material fields of iron enterprises.
