摘 要:自宋以来,随着商品经济和专业分工不断演变发展,各种内外因素交互作用下,我国古代长久以来奉行的“述而不作”的观念被打破,作者主体意识获得新突破,作者认定与创作行为建立起紧密联系,在“创作-传播-利用”各个环节逐步显现,并从“自发”走向“自觉”。本文基于客观存在决定主观意识的唯物史观,通过考察宋代版权观念的潜在基础、内生动力以及外驱动力,探究我国古代作者观念如何逐渐走向“个性化”,并以此窥探宋代版权观念对后世的深刻影响,以期为构建我国版权文化学术话语体系提供有力的历史支撑。Since the Song Dynasty,with the continuous evolution and development of the commodity economy and the professional division of labor,under the interaction of various internal and external factors,the concept of“narrating without creating”long practiced in China's ancient times has been broken,and the author's subjective consciousness has gained a new breakthrough.The author's identification and creative behavior have established a close relationship,which is gradually revealed in the various links of“creation-dissemination-utilization”,and has moved from“spontaneous”to“self-consciousness”.Based on the materialistic view of history that objective existence determines subjective consciousness,this paper explores how China's ancient concept of authorship gradually moved towards“individualization”by examining the potential foundation,endogenous power and external driving force of the copyright concept of the Song Dynasty,and in this way,we can see the influence of the copyright concept of the Song Dynasty on the development of copyright.In this way,we can explore the profound influence of Song copyright concept on later generations,with a view to providing a strong historical support for the construction of China's copyright culture academic discourse system.
