工匠精神融入新工科课程思政教育的教学设计

摘  要:在新工科课程教育中,为弘扬工匠精神,从课程思政、教学方式和教学评价三个方面出发,构建面向工匠精神培养的教学设计,着力涵养学生的工匠精神,具体包含融入工匠精神的课程思政设计、基于工匠精神的对比教学方式和面向工匠精神培养的过程性评价。在教学实践中使用了这些教学设计后,学生课程学习效果显著增强,课程学习满意度大幅提升,参加各类比赛的热情和能力明显提高,在国内高水平大学生学科比赛中取得了好成绩。In the education of new engineering,in order to promote the craftsmanship spirit,this article constructs a teaching design aimed at cultivating the craftsmanship spirit from three aspects:curriculum ideology,teaching methods,and teaching evaluation.It focuses on cultivating students'craftsmanship spirit,including curriculum ideology design that integrates craftsmanship spirit,comparative teaching methods based on craftsmanship spirit and process evaluation for cultivating craftsmanship spirit.In my teaching practice,I have used these teaching designs,which have significantly enhanced the learning effectiveness of students,and greatly improved their satisfaction with course learning.The students significantly increased their enthusiasm and ability to participate in various competitions and achieved good results in high-level college student competitions in China.
