我国幼儿健康教育研究热点与趋势的可视化分析

摘　　要：通过梳理我国幼儿健康教育研究文献,归纳幼儿健康教育研究热点与趋势,进而厘清幼儿健康教育研究目前存在的问题,为后期幼儿健康教育研究提供参考和借鉴。运用Citespace软件对1995~2023年发表在中国知网(CNKI)期刊数据库中327篇与幼儿健康教育相关的文献进行统计,对其核心关键词及突现词进行知识图谱可视化分析。分析得出健康教育、儿童、学龄前和幼儿、健康促进、健康素养、现状、影响因素、性教育、心理健康教育及对策等方面是研究的热点。我国幼儿健康教育研究发文量和核心作者群逐渐建立和加强,幼儿性教育相关研究理论阐述比较清晰、研究主体多元化、研究方法紧跟时代步伐。幼儿健康教育“安全自护”“健康生活方式”“幼儿幸福感研究”等方面的研究有待加强,研究者应拓宽研究视野,增加学科之间的交叉性。By reviewing the research literature on early childhood health education in China,this paper summarizes the hot topics and trends in early childhood health education research.Furthermore,it clarifies the current problems in research on early childhood health education,and provides reference and inspiration for future research on early childhood health education.Using Citespace software,a statistical analysis was conducted on 327 articles related to early childhood health education published in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)journal database from 1995 to 2023.The keywords and prominent words were visualized in a knowledge graph.The analysis shows that health education,children,pre-school and preschool children,health promotion,health literacy,current situation,influencing factors,sex education,mental health education and countermeasures are hot research topics.In the future,researchers can focus on research in areas such as“safety self-protection”,“healthy lifestyle”,and“research on children’s well-being”.The number of publications and core author groups on early childhood health education research in China are gradually increasing and establishing.The theoretical exposition of early childhood sex education related research is relatively clear,the research subjects are diversified,and the research methods are also keeping up with the pace of the times.However,research related to early childhood health education still needs to be further strengthened,and researchers’research perspectives can be broadened,which can increase the cross disciplinary nature of research.
