科技期刊青年编辑认知风格差异对审稿要素的影响——基于场独立型/场依存型维度

摘　　要：编辑个体的认知风格触及期刊内容质量等核心指标,关乎期刊的声誉和影响力建设。通过挖掘科技情报学领域的学术主张,提取论文大数据的实践与研究结果表明,认知风格的个体差异会显著影响对不同信息的关注度,从而影响信息搜寻效率和质量。编辑审稿同属于信息搜寻和判断行为,因此,编辑认知风格的个体差异会影响对稿件质量的判断。场独立型青年编辑审稿倾向于关注文稿内容质量、编辑主体需要和编辑自身喜好等要素;场依存型青年编辑审稿倾向于关注作者简介、稿件形式和同行行为等要素。针对这种差异,青年编辑要建立信息域,充分利用科技期刊社会团体资源等提升自身的软实力;编辑部要加强学术共同体联系,拓展青年编辑评审思维,多途径规避因个体认知风格差异带来的审稿偏差。The cognitive style of individual editors touches the core indexes such as the quality of journal content,which is related to the reputation and influence building of journals.By mining academic claims in the field of science and technology intelligence,the practice and research results of extracting thesis big data show that individual differences in cognitive styles significantly affect the attention to different information,thus affecting the efficiency and quality of information search.Editorial review belongs to the same behavior of information search and judgment,therefore,individual differences in editorial cognitive styles affect the information elements paid attention to in reviewing manuscripts,thus affecting the judgment on the quality of manuscripts.Field-independent young editors tend to pay attention to the quality of manuscript content,the needs of the editorial body and the editor’s own preferences;field-dependent young editors tend to pay attention to the author's profile,the form of the manuscript,and the behavior of their peers.In view of this difference,young editors should establish an information domain and make full use of the resources of scientific and technological journals'social groups to enhance their soft power.The editorial department should strengthen the contact with the academic community and expand the reviewing thinking of young editors,so as to avoid the reviewing bias caused by the difference of individual cognitive styles in multiple ways.Nesting cognitive style into the field of editorial work has certain theoretical significance and practical value for improving the objectivity and fairness of young editors reviewing scientific and technical journals and promoting the high-quality development of journals,and is also a great exploration in the field of editorial psychology.
