摘 要:为研究凋落物不同输入处理对川滇高山栎林土壤有机碳(土壤有机碳、土壤活性有机碳)、全氮、全磷的影响,以色季拉山川滇高山栎林为研究对象,以未受干扰的凋落物为对照,设置添加和去除凋落物两种处理,每个处理3个重复。通过单因素方差分析,探讨不同凋落物量的输入条件下土壤有机碳、全氮、全磷的变化规律。采用Pearson相关性分析,揭示凋落物输入处理后土壤有机碳与环境因子的相关性。结果表明:添加凋落物对土壤有机碳、可溶性有机碳以及全氮含量的影响显著,对土壤轻组有机碳、易氧化有机碳和全磷含量的影响不显著。凋落物被移除后,土壤中易氧化有机碳、可溶性有机碳以及全氮的含量均发生了明显的变化,但对土壤有机碳、轻组有机碳以及全磷含量的影响不显著。此外,在经历了8个月的凋落物不同输入处理后,土壤有机碳及其部分组分与土壤养分呈现显著正相关关系,但土壤有机碳、全氮、全磷与环境因子之间无显著相关关系。To investigate the impacts of various litter input treatments on soil organic carbon and active organic carbon,total nitrogen and total phosphorus in Quercus aquifolioides forest in Sejila Mountain,and compared with undisturbed litter,two treatments of adding and removing litter were set,with three replicates for each treatment.Through one-way analysis of variance,the variations in soil organic carbon,total nitrogen,and total phosphorus under different litter input conditions were examined.Pearson correlation analysis was employed to uncover the relationship between soil organic carbon and environmental factors following litter input treatment.The findings indicated that litter had a significant impact on soil organic carbon,soluble organic carbon,and total nitrogen content,while showing no significant effects on soil light organic carbon,easily oxidizable organic carbon,and total phosphorus content.Following the removal of litter,there were noticeable changes in the levels of oxidizable organic carbon,soluble organic carbon,and total nitrogen in the soil;however,the impacts on soil organic carbon,light organic carbon,and total phosphorus were not significant.Additionally,after eight months of varying litter input treatments,soil organic carbon and certain components exhibited a significant positive correlation with soil nutrients;however,there was no significant correlation between soil organic carbon,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,and environmental factors.
