摘 要:为研究添加不同菌剂的园林废弃物堆肥对青棵幼苗生长和土壤肥力的影响,本研究设计了5处理,每种处理3次盆栽试验,并对青棵幼苗生长指标和土壤理化性质进行了测定和分析。结果表明:在堆肥中添加不同促生菌剂后,青稞幼苗的株高、叶绿素含量、生物量和根系均得到显著促进(P <0.05)。其中,F1-5处理组对株高、叶绿素a+b促生效果最显著,分别提高了40.18%和92.80%;HQ36-2处理组对青稞地下部分鲜物质积累、地上干物质积累和地下干物质积累促生效果最大,分别较CK提高了272.22%、133.33%、112.97%,而F1-5的地上部分鲜物质积累最大,较CK增加了122.79%。在青稞根系的影响方面,HQ36-2处理组效果最好,壮苗指数为0.12±0.003;在土壤养分方面,EM处理组对全氮、GWC处理组对碱解氮、HQ36-2处理组对全钾、速效钾含量影响最显著,分别较对照显著提高了160.03%、669.55%、96.16%、34.33%。综合不同处理的青稞生长指标,F1-5菌剂处理组的综合评分最高(2.66),可作为未来开发和推广青稞专用生物肥料的优良菌种。In order to study the effects of garden waste compost with different bactericides on seedling growth and soil fertility,five treatments were designed,three pot tests were carried out for each treatment,and the growth indexes of green seedlings and the physical and chemical properties of soil were measured and analyzed.The results showed that the plant height,chlorophyll content,biomass and root system of Hordeum vulgare seedlings were significantly improved after the adding of different growth promoting bacteria in the compost(P<0.05).Among them,F1-5 treatment group had the most significant effect on plant height and chlorophyll a+b growth,which increased by 40.18% and 92.80%,respectively.HQ36-2 treatment group had the largest growth promotion effect on fresh matter accumulation in the underground part of Hordeum vulgare,aboveground dry matter accumulation,and underground dry matter accumulation,which increased by 272.22%,133.33% and 112.97% compared with CK,respectively,while F1-5 had the largest fresh matter accumulation in the aboveground part,which increased by 122.79% compared with CK.In terms of the influence of Hordeum vulgare root system,HQ36-2 treatment group had the best effect,and the seedling growth index was 0.12±0.003.In terms of soil nutrients,the effects of the EM treatment group on total nitrogen,the GWC treatment group on alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen and the HQ36-2 treatment group on total potassium and available potassium content were the most significant,which were significantly increased by 160.03%,669.55%,96.16%and 34.33%,respectively,compared with the control group.According to the growth indexes of Hordeum vulgare treated with different treatments,the comprehensive score of the F1-5 treatment group was the highest(2.66),which could be used as an excellent strain for the future development and promotion of special biological fertilizer for Hordeum vulgare.
