摘 要:为探明青海省果洛藏族自治州大武滩人工退化草地光稃茅香群落结构和物种多样性变化,本研究以3个不同退化程度的光稃茅香人工草地群落为研究对象,分析了物种组成、重要值和多样性指数。结果表明,3个群落共有16种植物,属10科14属,不同样地的优势种和共优势种植物分别为光稃茅香+臭蒿+毛翠雀花、光稃茅香+臭蒿+肉果草、光稃茅香+短穗兔耳草+拉拉藤。丰富度指数、Simpson多样性指数、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Pielou均匀度指数、优势度指数均表现为样地1光稃茅香+臭蒿+毛翠雀花群落最大,样地3光稃茅香+短穗兔耳草+拉拉藤群落最小。且样地1群落中地上生物量最大,达到183.33g·m^(-2),其地上生物量较样地2和样地3分别提高了18.79%和653.52%,差异显著。In order to investigate the changes in the community structure and species diversity of Anthoxanthum glabrum(Trin.)Veldkamp in the artificially degraded grassland of Dawutan,Guoluo Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture,Qinghai Province,the present study analyzed the species composition,importance values and diversity indices of three artificially degraded grassland communities with different degradation levels of Anthoxanthum glabrum(Trin.)Veldkamp The results showed that there were a total of 16 plant species in the three communities,belonging to 10 families and 14 genera the dominant and co dominant plants in different regions are Anthoxanthum glabrum(Trin.)Veldkamp+Artemisia hedinii Ostenf.&Pauls.+Delphinium trichophorum Franch,Anthoxanthum glabrum(Trin.)Veldkamp+Artemisia hedinii Ostenf.&Pauls.+Lancea tibetica,Anthoxanthum glabrum(Trin.)Veldkamp+Lagotis brachystachya Maxim.+Galium spuriumL.The Margalef richness index,Simpson diversity index,Shannon Wiener index,Pielou evenness index,and dominance index all showed sample plot 1 had the maximum community of Anthoxanthum glabrum(Trin.)Veldkamp+Artemisia hedinii Ostenf.&Pauls.+Delphinium trichophorum Franch Community,and sample plot 3 had the minimum community of Anthoxanthum glabrum(Trin.)Veldkamp+Lagotis brachystachya Maxim.+Galium spuriumL.Moreover,sample plot 1 had the highest aboveground biomass,reaching 183.33g·m^(-2).Its aboveground biomass increased by 18.79%and 653.52%compared to sample plot 2 and sample plot 3,respectively,with significant differences.
