中国农村居民相对贫困指标体系构建及时空演变特征探究

摘　　要：本文旨在构建中国农村居民的多维相对贫困指标体系及探究农村居民相对贫困情况的时空演变特征,为积极解决相对贫困问题提供参考依据。本文将熵权TOPSIS法和A-F法相结合,从收入、健康、教育、生活状况和精神娱乐这五个维度出发构建指标体系。基于构建的指标体系结果,引入空间自相关模型对我国除香港地区、澳门地区和台湾地区外的31个省、自治区和直辖市的农村居民相对贫困情况的时空演变特征进行探究。研究发现,我国农村相对贫困程度较高的省市集中在我国中部地区,农村相对贫困程度较低的省市集中在我国沿海地区。为积极解决相对贫困问题,应针对地区差异建立区域化多维相对贫困指标体系。This paper aims to construct a multidimensional relative poverty index system for rural residents in China and explore the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of the relative poverty of rural residents,so as to provide reference for actively solving the problem of relative poverty.In this paper,the entropy weight TOPSIS method and A-F method are combined to construct an index system from five dimensions:income,health,education,living conditions and spiritual entertainment.Based on the results of the constructed index system,a spatial autocorrelation model is introduced to explore the spatio-temporal evolution of the relative poverty of rural residents in 31 provinces,auton-omous regions and municipalities in China except Hong Kong region,Macao region and Taiwan region.It is found that the provinces and cities with higher degree of rural relative poverty gather in the central area of China,and the provinces and cities with lower degree of rural relative poverty gather in the coastal area of China.Therefore,in order to actively solve the problem of relative poverty,a regional multidi-mensional relative poverty index system should be established according to regional differences.
