摘  要:通过优化电动汽车液冷充电枪的制造工艺和结构设计,提升冷却液循环系统中电缆与插件连接部位的耐用性和长期稳定性。通过一系列温升测试和冷却液性能评估,可知液冷充电枪在处理高功率和长时间充电时,其温度控制能力显著优于传统充电枪,其中采用防冻液作为冷却介质时,其温度控制能力最佳,能够有效维持充电枪在极端温度条件下的性能。测试结果表明,液冷充电枪在实际应用中散热效率高且安全可靠,这对于电动汽车充电技术的发展具有重要意义,有助于推动电动汽车行业的持续进步。By optimizing the manufacturing process and structural design of electric vehicle liquid-cooled charging gun,the durability and longterm stability of the cable and plug-in connection parts in the coolant circulation system are improved.Through a series of temperature rise tests and coolant performance evaluations,it has been found that the liquid-cooled charging gun has significantly better temperature control capabilities than traditional air-cooled charging guns when dealing with high-power and long-term charging.When using antifreeze as the cooling medium,the best effect is achieved,which can effectively maintain the performance of the charging gun under extreme temperature conditions.The test results show that the liquid-cooled charging gun is not only efficient but also safe and reliable in practical applications,which is of great significance for the development of electric vehicle charging technology and promoting the continuous progress of the electric vehicle industry.
