摘　　要：当前国内汽摩行业中,发动机漏油问题普遍存在。该问题与密封技术息息相关,密封结构、尺寸设计的合理性严重影响发动机的寿命。针对此问题,对某款发动机机油冷却管路的密封进行了一定的研究,大幅提升了机油孔的密封可靠性。研究结果对发动机机油孔密封设计具有参考意义。At present,the problem of engine oil leakage in domestic automobile and motorcycle industry is widespread.The problem of engine oil leakage is closely related to sealing technology.The rationality of sealing structure and size design seriously affect the life of the engine.This paper studies the sealing performamce of a certain engine oil cooling pipeline,greatly improveing the sealing reliability of the oil hole.The research results have reference significance for the design of engine oil hole seal.
