摘 要:介绍了物理气相沉积(PVD)技术的原理、特点、工艺流程、相关设备等,研发了多种PVD技术并将其创新应用于智能电动汽车,包括:(1)取代电镀工艺;(2)应用于智能驾驶ACC系统中。研究表明,PVD技术可以取代传统高污染、高耗能、高耗水的电镀工艺;可创新应用在智能驾驶ACC系统的设计中,使产品具备炫酷的外观效果和雷达波穿透功能。This paper introduced the principle,characteristics,process flow,and equipment of physical vapor deposition(PVD)technology,developed various PVD technologies,and innovatively applied them to intelligent electric vehicles.The research includ:①the feasibility of replacing electroplating process with PVD technology;②research and application of PVD technology in intelligent driving ACC systems.The results have shown that PVD technology can replace traditional electroplating processes with high pollution,high energy consumption,and high water consumption;the PVD technology is integrated into the design of the intelligent driving ACC system and has a cool appearance and light&wave penetration function.
