摘 要:参数化数据库建模技术可应用于架构车型的开发设计。首先根据架构目标车型与基础车型的差别,通过网格变形调整基础车型下车身整车参数;然后基于参数化数据库搭建目标车型上车身模型;最后耦合得到目标车型有限元模型,并分析该模型的白车身静刚度性能。结果表明,通过参数化数据库建模技术,可在架构车型开发的概念设计阶段快速搭建近似模型并开展仿真分析,提前识别白车身性能风险并优化,为缩短开发周期提供了保障。The parametric database modeling technology is applied to the development and design of architectural vehicle models.Firstly,according to the difference between the architecture target vehicle model vehicle and the base vehicle model,the whole vehicle parameters of the body under the base vehicle model are adjusted through mesh deformation.Secondly,the body model of the target vehicle is built based on the parametric database.Finally,it is finally coupled to obtain the finite element model of the target vehicle model and analyze the body in white(BIW)static stiffness performance of the model.The results show that through the parametric database modeling technology,the approximate model can be constructed and simulation analysis can be carried out quickly in the conceptual design stage of the development of architectural models,and the BIW performance risk can be identified and optimized in advance,which provides a guarantee for the shortening of the development cycle.
