摘  要:在注塑制品中,开裂是带金属嵌件注塑制品常见的质量问题。以某款新能源汽车零部件为例,首先从零部件结构设计出发,结合Simulation仿真分析,优化产品结构设计,减少注塑制品在生产过程中因冷却而产生的应力集中点。其次通过试验设计(DOE),以标准GB/T 6403.3—2008《滚花》为参照,以应力为响应,得出最优滚花参数组合。该结构设计可以缩短工艺周期,有效降低带金属嵌件注塑制品开裂风险,提高产品质量和使用寿命。In injection molded,cracking is a common quality issue in injection molding with metal inserts.Firstly,taking a certain new energy vehicle component as an example,starting from the structural design of the component,combined with Simulation analysis,the product structure design is optimized to reduce stress concentration points caused by cooling during the production process of injection molding.Secondly,through design of experiment(DOE),the optimal combination of rolling parameters was obtained with stress as the response,using the standard GB/T 6403.3-2008“Knurl”as a reference.This structural design can shorten the process cycle,effectively reduce the risk of cracking in injection molding with metal inserts,and improve product quality and service life.
