摘 要:滑移门铰链是保证滑移门开启与关闭的重要载体,为满足其性能要求,同时提升滑移门的舒适性和平顺性,对标竞品车型进行设计。首先对滑移门运动轨迹、铰链旋转中心进行初步布置;再运用ADAMS仿真软件进行动力学分析;同时,模拟铰链滚轮的受力情况和耐久性,完善铰链结构数据。然后使用CATIA中的DMU模块将滑移门与车身通过铰链和导轨的相对运动连接起来,分析校核滑移门及附件与车身的间距。最后建立计算机辅助工程(CAE)几何模型和物理模型,结合HyperMesh和Abaqus对滑移门铰链受力情况进行仿真分析,识别铰链结构中的薄弱点,从而有针对性地进行结构优化改进,为相关研究者提供指导。The sliding door hinge is an important carrier for ensuring the opening and closing of sliding doors,so it is necessary to design it according to the performance requirements and improve the sliding door comfort and smoothness.The design is carried out by first preliminarily arranging the movement trajectory and the rotation center of the sliding door,and then using the ADAMS simulation software to analyze the dynamics.At the same time,the bearing capacity and durability of the roller of the hinge are simulated to improve the hinge structure data.Then,the sliding door and the body are connected through the hinge and guide rail relative motion using the DMU module in CATIA,and the spacing between the sliding door and the body and the accessories is analyzed and verified.Finally,the computer aided engineering(CAE)geometric model and physical model are established,and the HyperMesh and Abaqus are combined to simulate and analyze the sliding door hinge force situation,identify the weak points in the hinge structure,and carry out targeted structural optimization and improvement to provide guidance for relevant researchers.
