浅析水性抗石击PVC涂料在新能源汽车动力电池包中的应用

摘  要:动力电池托盘作为动力电池的承载件,其结构的损坏将直接影响动力电池的安全。针对新能源汽车电池包底部的防护问题,首先浅析了水性抗石击聚氯乙烯(PVC)涂料的现状以及未来发展所需要解决的问题。其次针对水性抗石击PVC涂料的干燥速率、防火性能以及保温性能进行了分析。最后将现有的水性抗石击涂料进行改良,不仅解决了该材料在施工过程中的效率问题,同时更大限度地提升了其防火特性以及保温性能,大大提升了新能源电池包的安全性能与防护等级。As the carrier of power batteries,the damage to the structure of the power battery tray will directly affect the safety of the power batteries.Regarding the protection of the bottom of the battery pack for new energy vehicles,first,this paper analyzes the current situation of waterbased anti-sone impact polyvinyl chloride(PVC)coating and the problems that need to be solved for future development.Secondly,an analysis is conducted on the drying rate,fire resistance,and thermal insulation performance of water-based PVC coating.Finally,the existing water-based antistone impact coating is improved,which not only solved the efficiency problem of the material during construction,but also greatly enhanced its fire resistance and thermal insulation,greatly improving the safety performance and protection level of new energy battery packs.
