摘 要:为提高新能源汽车电池负极材料的回收率,减少资源浪费,实现绿色可持续发展,开展基于湿法回收的新能源汽车电池负极材料资源化回收研究。首先对新能源汽车电池进行放电、拆解与破碎等预处理,安全移除电池内部残留的电能,去除金属杂质与轻质材料;然后利用湿法回收技术对预处理过的负极材料进行酸浸出处理并固液分离,以此为基础,对浸出液进行纯化,旨在深度清除其中的杂质与不必要成分,提升纯净度;最后将目标金属离子从负极材料中析出,转化为金属产品,实现负极材料资源化回收目标。试验结果表明,该方法应用后,在所有8种不同型号的新能源汽车电池负极材料资源化回收中,回收率均达到98%以上,应用效果较好。In order to improve the recovery rate of the negative electrode material for new energy vehicles and reduce resource waste,achieve green and sustainable development,research on the resource recovery of the negative electrode material for new energy vehicles battery based on wet recovery method is carried out.First,the new energy vehicle battery is subjected to pre-processing such as discharging,disassembly,and crushing to safely remove the residual energy inside the battery and remove metal impurities and lightweight materials.Then,the wet recovery technology is used to acid leach the pre-treated negative electrode material and solid-liquid separation,and on this basis,the leachate is purified to deeply remove impurities and unnecessary components and improve purity.Finally,the target metal ions are precipitated from the negative electrode material and transformed into metal products,achieving the goal of resource-based recovery of the negative electrode material.The experimental results show that after the method is applied,the recovery rate of all 8 types of negative electrode materials for new energy vehicle batteries reached 98%or above,with good application effects.
