摘　　要：[目的/意义]深入剖析国际图联发布的《图书馆响应人工智能的战略对策》报告,助力我国图书馆在人工智能时代实现服务升级与创新发展。[方法/过程]运用网络调研法和文献分析法深入解读报告的五大部分,结合战略管理工具构想图书馆响应人工智能的战略地图,思考我国图书馆界响应人工智能的战略对策。[结果/结论]通过对报告的深入剖析与解读,揭示报告的三大核心议题、三大局限性及三大特点,创新性地构想了一幅包含5个层面的图书馆应对人工智能的战略地图,并从政策支持、资源定位与交流合作三个维度提炼出我国图书馆界响应人工智能的三大启示,从而不仅深化了对报告的理解,也为我国图书馆界应对人工智能挑战提供理论参考和实践指导。[Purpose/Significance]To conduct an in-depth analysis of the“Strategic Approaches for Libraries Responding to Artificial Intelligence”report published by the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions(IFLA),this article aims to assist Chinese libraries in achieving service upgrading and innovative development in the era of artificial intelligence.[Method/Process]Using network research and literature analysis methods,this article deeply interpreted the five major parts of the report.Combined with strategic management tools,it conceived a strategic map for libraries to respond to artificial intelligence and consider strategic countermeasures for the library industry in China.[Result/Conclusion]Through in-depth analysis and interpretation of the report,it identifies the three core issues,three limitations,and three characteristics of the report and proposes an innovative strategic map for libraries to respond to artificial intelligence,which includes five levels.Three implications for China’s library industry to respond to artificial intelligence are extracted from the dimensions of policy support,resource positioning,and communication and cooperation.These findings not only deepen the understanding of the report,but also provide valuable theoretical references and practical guidance for the library industry in China to address the challenges of artificial intelligence.
