摘 要:血管疾病严重威胁着人类的生活质量和身心健康,并给社会带来沉重的经济负担,对于许多复杂的多血管病变,仅靠药物或腔内治疗效果欠佳,血管旁路移植术仍是根治的手段,但血管移植受到取材限制从而严重影响着疾病的预后,类器官的出现给这一难题带来了新的希望。十余年来类器官研究已成为国内外研究领域学者热衷的焦点之一,其广泛涵盖了大脑、胃肠、肝脏、肾脏、血管等器官并具有广阔的应用前景。血管类器官是指从多能干细胞中生成自组织的三维血管微组织,这些组织表现出人体微血管的形态、功能和分子特征并有望成为解决血管疾病的有力工具。在本综述中,我们将简要回顾类器官与血管类器官的历史和研究现状,探讨血管类器官的发展前景及局限性,为今后指导血管类器官的研究提供新的思路。Vascular diseases seriously threaten the quality of life and physical and mental health of human beings,and bring a heavy economic burden to the society.For many complex multi-vascular diseases,the effect of drug or endovascular treatment alone is not good.Vascular bypass grafting is still a radical treatment.However,vascular transplantation is limited by materials and thus seriously affects the prognosis of the disease.The emergence of organoids has brought new hope to this problem.In the past ten years,organoid research has become one of the focuses of scholars in the field of research at home and abroad.It covers the brain,gastrointestinal tract,liver,kidney,blood vessels and other organs and has broad application prospects.Blood vessel organoids refer to self-organized three-dimensional blood vessel micro-tissues generated from pluripotent stem cells.These tissues exhibit the morphology,function and molecular characteristics of human microvessels and are expected to become a powerful tool for solving vascular diseases.In this review,we will briefly review the history and research status of organoids and vascular organs,explore the development prospects and limitations of vascular organs,and provide new ideas for guiding the research of vascular organs in the future.
