中小型区域性皮革企业管理创新能力评价研究

摘　　要：全面、准确地评价企业管理创新能力,有助于企业客观分析自身优劣势,为企业挖掘自身发展潜力提供依据。本文以我国普遍存在的中小型区域性皮革企业为例,对这类企业的管理创新现状和问题进行总结,构建了针对该类企业创新能力评价的基本指标体系,对影响该类企业管理创新能力的指标权重进行了分析与排序。Comprehensive and accurate evaluation of enterprise management innovation ability is helpful for enter-prises to objectively analyze their own advantages and disadvantages,and provide basis for enterprises to tap their own development potential.Taking small and medium-sized regional leather enterprises as an example,this paper summa-rized the management innovation status and problems of the enterprises,constructed the basic index system for the e-valuation of the innovation ability of such enterprises,and analyzed and sorted the index weights that affect the man-agement innovation ability of the enterprises.
