摘 要:为全面考虑气垫运动鞋参数,保证其能够应用在下一代气垫运动鞋中提升运动员足部支撑和减少足部冲击力,提出气垫运动鞋设计参数对运动员足部冲击吸收效率的影响研究。选择3种不同气垫运动鞋中的气垫,使用PEBA材料制作相同的气垫,确定基础外底全脚掌气垫、对比外底全脚掌气垫以及中底前脚掌气垫中大气室、小气室以及气垫硬度等气垫的参数。对气垫进行回弹性测试,使用多功能材料测试仪测试气垫在冲击状态下的减震性(气垫受到压力后的最大位移和最大回弹力)以及能量回归(回弹功占压缩功的比值)等,得出气垫面对冲击力时的冲击吸收效果。通过分析回弹测试结果得出,气垫面对的冲击越大,对运动员足部冲击的吸收效果越差。使用弯折机进行气垫老化试验,结果表明老化后的气垫吸收冲击力效率会明显下降。穿着全脚掌型气垫运动鞋在静态时,运动员足部的压力更小。对全脚掌气垫运动鞋进行运动试验,与赤脚相比,气垫运动鞋能够为运动员足部提供充分的支撑力,并吸收运动员运动时足部落地后的冲击力。To comprehensively consider the parameters of air cushioned sports shoes and ensure their application in the next generation of air cushioned sports shoes to improve athlete foot support and reduce foot impact force,a study was proposed on the influence of air cushioned sports shoe design parameters on athletes'feet impact absorption effi-ciency.This paper selected air cushions from three different types of air cushioned sports shoes,used PEBA material to make the same air cushion,and determined the parameters of the air cushion for the entire foot of the base outsole,compared the air cushion for the entire foot of the outsole,and big air chamber,small air chamber,and air cushion hardness of the midsole forefoot air cushion.Perform resilience testing on the air cushion was done,usd a multifunc-tional material tester to test its shock absorption performance under impact(maximum displacement and maximum re-bound force of the air cushion under pressure)and energy regression(the ratio of rebound work to compression work),in order to determine the impact absorption effect of the air cushion when facing impact force.By analyzing the rebound test results,it is found that the greater the impact of the air cushion,the poorer the absorption effect on the athlete's foot impact.The air cushion aging test was conducted using a bending machine,and the results show that the efficiency of the air cushion absorbing impact force would significantly decrease after aging.For air cushioned sports shoes,full foot air cushioned sports shoes have less pressure on the athlete's feet when in static state.A sports test was conducted on air cushioned sports shoes with full foot cushion.Compared with barefoot shoes,air cushioned sports shoes can provide sufficient support for athletes'feet and absorb the impact force of athletes'feet landing during exercise.
