定制鞋垫对下肢关节运动生物力学的影响研究

摘　　要：就运动鞋而言,定制鞋垫是有效预防下肢关节损伤的辅助性策略。因此,运动员选购运动鞋时需就自身需求定制鞋垫,以助力技术动作完成度,同时避免受伤,从而延长运动寿命。本文通过详细分析运动鞋定制鞋垫的功能与运动生物力学特征,从正常足与异常足两个层面着手综述了运动鞋定制鞋垫对下肢关节的运动生物力学影响研究成果,并对定制鞋垫与运动生物力学的相关研究进行了展望,以期为运动鞋设计最大限度地满足个性化与多元化运动需求提供可参考依据。As for sports shoes,customized insoles is an effective auxiliary strategy to prevent lower limb joint inju-ries.Therefore,athletes need to customize insoles according to their own needs when choosing sports shoes to assist in the completion of technical movements while avoiding injuries and extending their sports life.This article provided a detailed analysis of the functions and sports biomechanical characteristics of customized insoles for sports shoes,and summarized the research results on the sports biomechanical effects of customized insoles on athletes'lower limb joints from the perspectives of normal and abnormal feet,and it also looked forward to the related research on customized in-soles and sports biomechanics,in order to provide a reference for sports shoes design to meet personalized and diversi-fied sports needs to the greatest extent possible.
