摘  要:本文从全球价值链的视角出发,分析了中国鞋服业的现状及其在全球价值链中的竞争力提升策略。基于对中国鞋服业生产与销售环节的分析,探讨了行业在国内外市场的表现,揭示了中国鞋服业在全球生产端的优势以及在设计和销售环节的短板,深入讨论了行业面临的低附加值困境。针对中国鞋服业提升国际竞争力的路径,提出了提高技术水平与生产效率、推动设计创新与品牌国际化、加强政策支持与国际合作等策略建议,以帮助行业实现从全球价值链中的低附加值环节向高附加值环节的转型升级。From the perspective of global value chain,this paper analyzed the current situation of Chinese footwear and clothing industry and its competitiveness promotion strategy in the global value chain.Based on the analysis of the production and sales links of Chinese footwear and clothing industry,this paper discussed the performance of the in-dustry in domestic and foreign markets,revealed the advantages of Chinese footwear and clothing industry in the global production end,as well as the shortcomings in the design and sales links,and deeply discussed the low value-added dilemma faced by the industry.In view of the path to enhance the international competitiveness of Chinese footwear and clothing industry,this paper put forward some strategic suggestions such as improving the technical level and pro-duction efficiency,promoting design innovation and brand internationalization,strengthening policy support and inter-national cooperation,so as to help the industry realize the transformation and upgrading from low value-added links in the global value chain to high value-added links.
