摘 要:黏合剂是篮球制作时确保篮球革与橡胶球胆、布质底板之间黏合牢固度的重要助剂,也是保障篮球黏合工序精细化,并避免黏合工艺失误导致篮球寿命受损的关键要素。这就要求篮球革用黏合剂拥有良好的综合性能,以充分适应篮球革脱落或者局部黏合位置产生裂缝等不同场合需求。据此,本文以磺酸单体改性制备了篮球革用水性聚氨酯黏合剂,并对其机械性能与黏接性能进行了测试分析。结果发现,随着磺酸单体用量增加,聚氨酯乳液固含量逐渐降低,粒径逐步变小,外观愈来愈透明,离心稳定性不断提高;随着磺酸单体用量增加,水性聚氨酯黏合剂拉伸强度不断增大,断裂伸长率先增后减,邵氏硬度逐渐增大,接触角逐渐增大且耐水性不断提高,初期剥离力先增后减,由此黏接性能先升后降。Adhesive is an important auxiliary for ensuring the adhesion and firmness between basketball leather,rubber ball bladder,and fabric bottom plate during basketball production.It is also a key element to ensure the re-finement of basketball bonding process and avoid the damage of basketball lifespan caused by bonding process errors.This requires that the adhesive used for basketball leather has good comprehensive performance to fully adapt to differ-ent occasions such as basketball leather detachment or cracks in local bonding positions.Based on this,this article prepared waterborne polyurethane adhesive for basketball leather using sulfonic acid monomer modification,and tested and analyzed its mechanical and adhesive performance.The results show that with the increase of the amount of sulfo-nic acid monomer,the solid content of polyurethane lotion gradually decreases,the particle size gradually decreases,the appearance becomes more transparent,and the centrifugal stability continuously improves.As the amount of sulfo-nic acid monomer increases,the tensile strength of waterborne polyurethane adhesive continuously increases,the frac-ture elongation first increases and then decreases,the Shore hardness gradually increases,the contact angle gradually increases,and the water resistance continuously improves,and the initial peeling force first increases and then de-creases,resulting in an increase and then decrease in the adhesive performance.
