足球鞋用有机硅改性聚氨酯合成革的制备方法及防污性能研究

摘  要:由于足球鞋用聚氨酯合成革表面易于沾水与沾污,且去污难度较大,极易影响足球鞋功能性与应用性。因此,以有机硅类化合物针对聚氨酯合成革进行防水防油防污整理以提高其防污性能势在必行。据此,本文以有机硅改性制备了足球鞋用防污聚氨酯合成革,并对其防污性能进行了测试表征。结果发现,相较于未改性聚氨酯合成革,有机硅改性聚氨酯合成革的水接触角较大,表面能较小,吸水率较低;相较于未改性聚氨酯合成革,有机硅改性聚氨酯合成革的口红、咖啡、油性笔等残留污渍较轻,且表面触感相对较好。可见,有机硅端羟基聚硅氧烷的掺入可赋予聚氨酯合成革优异的防污性能。Due to the fact that the surface of polyurethane synthetic leather used for football shoes is prone to water and dirt,and the difficulty of cleaning is high,it is extremely easy to affect the functionality and applicability of foot-ball shoes.Therefore,it is imperative to use organic silicon compounds to carry out three proof finishing on polyure-thane synthetic leather to improve its antifouling performance.Based on this,this paper prepared antifouling polyure-thane synthetic leather for football shoes using organic silicon modification,and tested and characterized its antifouling performance.The results show that compared to unmodified polyurethane synthetic leather,organosilicon modified polyurethane synthetic leather has a larger water contact angle,smaller surface energy,and lower water absorption rate.Compared to unmodified polyurethane synthetic leather,organosilicon modified polyurethane synthetic leather has lighter residual stains such as lipstick,coffee,and oily pens,and relatively good surface touch.It can be seen that the addition of organosilicon terminated hydroxyl polysiloxane can endow polyurethane synthetic leather with excellent an-tifouling performance.
