体育器械用生物基水性聚氨酯合成革的力学性能研究

摘  要:以天然可再生高分子材料为原料制备水性聚氨酯,不仅可缩减石油基多元醇用量,还可赋予水性聚氨酯可生物降解性。因此,为顺应绿色环保政策、优化体育器械功能性,本文以可降解植物油蓖麻油为原料,制备了生物基水性聚氨酯合成革,并对其力学性能进行了测试分析。结果发现,掺入蓖麻油的体育器械原料合成革用生物基水性聚氨酯乳液具备良好的稳定性。随着蓖麻油用量的增加,体育器械用水性聚氨酯合成革胶膜厚度逐渐缩小,透光率逐渐下降,附着力与柔韧性未发生变化,吸水率逐渐降低,水接触角先增后减,拉伸强度逐渐提高,断裂伸长率逐渐降低,弹性模量逐渐增大。以蓖麻油改性制备的体育器械用生物基水性聚氨酯合成革力学性能均可达到行业标准相关要求。The preparation of waterborne polyurethane using natural renewable polymer materials not only reduces the amount of petroleum based polyols,but also endows waterborne polyurethane with biodegradability.Therefore,in order to comply with green environmental protection policies and optimize the functionality of sports equipment,this article used biodegradable vegetable oil castor oil as raw material to prepare bio-based waterborne polyurethane syn-thetic leather,and tested and analyzed its mechanical properties.The results show that the bio-based waterborne pol-yurethane lotion mixed with castor oil for sports equipment used in synthetic leather has good stability.As the amount of castor oil increases,the thickness of the water borne polyurethane synthetic leather film on sports equipment gradu-ally decreases,the transmittance gradually decreases,the adhesion and flexibility have not changed,the water absorp-tion rate gradually decreases,the water contact angle first increases and then decreases,the tensile strength gradually increases,the elongation at break gradually decreases,and the elastic modulus gradually increases.The mechanical properties of bio-based waterborne polyurethane synthetic leather for sports equipment modified with castor oil can meet the relevant industry standards.
