摘　　要：文章旨在探讨如何实现老年人和年轻人在社区服务设施中的共同使用和受益。研究内容包括设施规划与设计、设施管理与维护以及设施融资与运营。通过研究,可以为社区服务设施的优化和改进提供有益的参考,促进社区的和谐发展。The purpose of this paper is to explore how to realize the joint use and benefit of older and younger people in community service facilities.The study includes facility planning and design,facility management and maintenance,and facility financing and operation.Through the study,it can provide useful reference for the optimization and improvement of community service facilities and promote the harmonious development of the community.
