摘　　要：随着我国城市化进入中后期,老城片区作为城市历史文化的源点和历史中心,在经历前20多年以增量引领的扩展模式后,逐渐面临建筑老化、功能退化、环境欠佳、设施和活力不足等问题。文章以浦江县老城区片区动力规划为例,通过问题导向和采用运营前置的方法,提出渐进式活力提升的路径建议,为相关城市老城片区动力提升和运营,提供新的思路。As China's urbanization enters the middle and late stages,the old city district,as the source and historical center of the city's history and culture,is gradually facing the problems of aging buildings,degraded functions,poor environment,and insufficient facilities and vitality after experiencing the expansion mode led by increment in the first 20 years.The paper aims to discuss how to effectively enhance the vitality of the old city in the context of Urban Renewal,taking the power planning of the old city district in Pujiang County as an example,and proposing the path of progressive vitality enhancement through the problem orientation and the adoption of the operation front approach,so as to provide new ideas for the enhancement of the power and operation of the old city districts in the relevant cities.
