摘　　要：如何有效地保护和改造历史街区在当前社会受到普遍关注。文章就天津五大道历史街区建筑更新问题进行探讨研究。首先了解相关背景,通过对比近代不同时期建筑设计风格的变化,揭示出它们所代表的社会发展趋势;接着基于新中国成立后的五大道街区的现实状况,对其进行深入的研究和整理;随后提出相关的设计态度,对新建建筑的设计策略作了详细阐释;在遵循历史原则的同时,五大道历史街区的新建建筑适应时代的变迁,不断更新。How to effectively protect and renovate historical districts has become a common concern in contemporary society.This paper explores the issue of architectural renovation in the Five Avenues Historical Street District in Tianjin.First,the relevant background is understood,and the changes in architectural design styles in different periods of modern times are compared to reveal the social trends they represent.Then,based on the current situation of the Five Avenues District after the founding of the People's Republic of China,it is deeply researched and sorted out.And relevant design attitudes are put forward,and the design strategies of new buildings are elaborated in detail.Finally,it is hoped that new buildings in the Five Avenues Historical Street District can adapt to the changing times better by following the principles of history.
