摘　　要：梧州是较早开展对外通商和商贸活动的城市,在中西经济文化的交融碰撞中孕育了一批独特的骑楼建筑,这些骑楼见证了梧州近现代百年商贸繁华,因其数量众多、规模宏大而被誉为“中国骑楼博物馆”。然而,这些建筑在城市近百年的发展过程中逐渐被荒置,进而导致损毁严重,其原有的物质功能已无法满足现代城市发展的需求,面临着保护与更新的双重挑战。文章旨在对梧州近代骑楼建筑的更新现状进行调查研究,分析其保护与更新过程中存在的问题,并提出相应的策略建议,以期更好地保护骑楼街区,传承骑楼文化。Wuzhou was one of the earliest cities to engage in foreign trade and commercial activities.Through the integration and collision of Chinese and Western economic cultures,it has nurtured a unique number of arcade buildings,which have witnessed Wuzhou's century long commercial prosperity in modern times.Due to their large number and scale,they are known as the"Chinese Arcade Museum".However,these buildings have gradually been abandoned in the development process of the city over the past century,leading to serious damage.Their original material functions can no longer meet the needs of modern urban development,and they face the dual challenges of protection and renewal.The paper aims to investigate and study the current status of the renovation of modern arcade buildings in Wuzhou,analyze the problems in their protection and renovation process,and propose corresponding strategic suggestions in order to better protect arcade blocks and inherit arcade culture.
