摘　　要：高质量发展的建设任务下,对城市重点产业片区——滨湖核心圈层进行精细化再开发,有利于实现其区位价值、生态价值和经济价值。文章以深圳宝安立新湖片区的战略发展规划为例,探讨在区域空间重构、定位重塑、格局重组的背景下,充分发挥生态优势,实现城市湖区生态价值最大化和产业转型的开发策略,旨在对同类城市区域二次开发建设提供案例借鉴。Under the construction task of high-quality development,it is beneficial to realize its location value,ecological value and economic value to refine and redevelop the lakeside core circle in the key industrial area of the city.Taking the strategic development planning of Lixin Lake Area in Baoan,Shenzhen as an example,this paper discusses the development strategy of giving full play to ecological advantages and realizing ecological value maximization and industrial transformation in the context of regional spatial reconstruction,positioning reconstruction and pattern reorganization,aiming at providing a case reference for the secondary development and construction of similar urban areas.
