摘 要:在复杂作业环境下草坪修剪机的切割刀易发生变形磨损。针对该问题,先用SolidWorks软件建立切割刀三维模型,再利用ANSYS Workbench软件对切割刀进行应力和变形分析。同时,通过设计以刀刃长度和刀片厚度为二因素的二因素三水平正交试验,研究切割刀关键结构参数对其受力变形的影响,优化切割刀结构参数,并对此参数下切割刀进行模态分析,验证该修剪机的安全性能,达到减阻提效的目的。结果表明,切割刀最大承受应力的关键参数影响力排名依次为刀片厚度、刀刃长度;对实际参数组合与理论参数组合对比分析分别取最优组,得最优参数组合皆为6 mm的刀片厚度,60 mm的刀刃长度和25°的刀刃倾角。最优参数组下的切割刀避开了固有频率,设计合理。To solve this problem,the cutting knife of the lawn mower is prone to deformation and wear in a complex operating environment,and the 3D model of the cutting knife is first established by SolidWorks software,and then the stress and deformation analysis of the cutting knife are carried out by ANSYS Workbench software.At the same time,by designing a two-factor three-level orthogonal test with the length of the cutting edge and the thickness of the blade as the two factors,the influence of the key structural parameters of the cutting knife on its deformation was studied,the structural parameters of the cutting knife were optimized,and the modal analysis of the cutting knife under these parameters was carried out to verify the safety performance of the trimmer and achieve the purpose of reducing drag and improving efficiency.The results show that the influence of the key parameters of the maximum stress of the cutting knife is the thickness of the blade and the length of the cutting edge.The optimal group was selected for the comparison and analysis of the actual and theoretical parameter combinations,and the optimal parameter combinations were all 6 mm blade thickness,60 mm blade length and 25°blade inclination.The cutter under the optimal parameter group avoids the natural frequency and is reasonably designed.
