摘  要:农机设备精细零件结构复杂,磨损、变形、断裂的现象较多,且时常缺少原图纸和三维模型数据,导致更换、维修及优化设计困难。将逆向设计与3D打印结合应用在农机设备精细零件修复优化上,可高效解决以上问题。该文以发动机活塞为例,首先通过三维扫描仪采集零件的点云数据,经过Geomagic Wrap软件对点云数据进行处理,然后使用Geomagic Design X软件完成逆向建模,并使用SolidWorks软件优化完善,经过切片处理导入3D打印机进行打印,得到完整的零件样件,为原型复杂零件的CAD模型重构及其样件的快速制作提供了解决方案。The structure and surface of agricultural machinery parts are complex,and the application environment is harsh.There are many phenomena of wear,deformation,and fracture,and there is often a lack of original drawings and 3D model data,which leads to difficulties in replacement,maintenance,and optimization design.The combination of reverse design and 3D printing in the optimization of fine parts repair for agricultural machinery can efficiently solve the above problems.This study takes the engine piston as an example.Firstly,point cloud data of the part is obtained through a 3D scanner.The point cloud data is preprocessed by Geomagic Wrap software,and then reverse modeling is completed in Geomagic Design X software.After optimization and improvement using SolidWorks,the parts are sliced and imported into a 3D printer for printing,resulting in complete part samples.This provides a solution for CAD model reconstruction of complex parts with prototypes and rapid production of samples.
