摘 要:以黑龙江省农业机械工程科学研究院绥化分院自主研发的2BGM-245高速碎混灭茬耙机架为研究对象,验证高速碎混灭茬耙的机架设计是否合理。应用三维建模软件Solid Edge和有限元仿真分析软件Ansys建立机架的有限元模型,进行高速碎混灭茬耙机架模态振动分析。通过模态分析得出机架振型的固有频率振动特性,输出各阶的振形图,来验证机架设计的合理性。研究结果表明,通过虚拟样机技术,仿真分析和再设计保证了机架结构设计合理。研究结果对提高高速碎混灭茬耙的可靠性、作业精度及延长使用寿命具有重要意义。The 2BGM-245 high-speed crushing and stubble rake rack independently developed by Suihua Branch of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Machinery Engineering Sciences was taken as the research object to verify whether the frame design of high-speed crushing and stubble rake was reasonable.The finite element model of the frame was established by using the three-dimensional modeling software Solid Edge and the finite element simulation analysis software Ansys,and the modal vibration analysis of the high-speed crushing and stubble rake frame was carried out.The natural frequency vibration characteristics of the frame mode shape are obtained through modal analysis,and the mode shape diagram of each order is output to verify the rationality of the frame design.The results show that the virtual prototype technology,simulation analysis and redesign ensure the reasonable design of the frame structure.The research results are of great significance for improving the reliability,operation accuracy and service life of high-speed crushing and mixing stubble rake.
