摘 要:随着现代农业的快速发展,农业机械的智能化和精确化需求不断提高,但是传统的机械设计、测试和维护方法耗时且成本高。该文基于虚拟现实(VR)技术,建立农业机械的虚拟模型和交互式操作平台,探讨VR技术在农业虚拟建模、虚拟操作、故障检测与诊断,以及操作技能培训等方面的应用原理。结果表明,通过VR仿真平台,能够有效提升农业机械操作的准确性和安全性,减少设备实际测试的风险和成本。研究结果可以为农业机械的设计、操作培训和维护提供一种高效、安全且经济的解决方案,对于进一步推动农业机械智能化和虚拟仿真技术的发展提供技术支撑。With the rapid development of modern agriculture,the demand for intelligent and precise agricultural machinery is increasing,but the traditional methods of machinery design,testing and maintenance are time-consuming and costly.Based on virtual reality(VR)technology,this paper establishes a virtual model and an interactive operation platform for agricultural machinery,and explores the application principles of VR technology in agricultural virtual modelling,virtual operation simulation,fault detection and diagnosis,and operation skills training,etc.The results show that through the VR simulation platform,it can effectively improve the accuracy and safety of the operation of agricultural machinery,and reduce the risk and cost of the actual testing of equipment.The results of the study can provide an efficient,safe and economical solution for the design,operation training and maintenance of agricultural machinery,and provide technical support for further promoting the development of agricultural machinery intelligence and virtual simulation technology.
