摘 要:为解决燃煤锅炉废气排放造成的环境污染问题,本文从废气监测技术和废气处理技术两个方面展开分析。在废气监测技术方面,本文详细介绍了废气成分分析技术、废气排放测量技术,具体包括连续排放监测系统(CEMS)、气体色谱仪、高温烟气中的粒子浓度和尺寸分析等内容。在废气处理技术方面,本文重点探讨了SCR技术、SNCR技术、烟气脱硫脱硝一体化技术、聚合物固定床燃烧技术、催化氧化技术和多级烟气处理技术等,希望能够为提高燃煤锅炉废气综合处理水平提供一定的参考。In order to solve the problem of environmental pollution caused by coal-fired boiler exhaust emissions,this article analyzes from two aspects:exhaust gas monitoring technology and exhaust gas treatment technology.In terms of exhaust gas monitoring technology,this article provides a detailed introduction to exhaust gas composition analysis technology and exhaust gas emission measurement technology,including continuous emission monitoring systems(CEMS),gas chromatographs,and particle concentration and size analysis in high-temperature flue gas.In terms of exhaust gas treatment technology,this article focuses on SCR technology,SNCR technology,integrated flue gas desulfurization and denitrification technology,polymer fixed bed combustion technology,catalytic oxidation technology,and multi-stage flue gas treatment technology,hoping to provide some reference for improving the comprehensive treatment level of coal-fired boiler exhaust gas.
