摘  要:近年来,宁夏加快大中型灌区续建配套工程的建设,本文分析了宁夏扬黄灌区工程的环境影响评价要点。通过分析可知,宁夏扬黄工程大部分位于农田生态功能区及盐化沙化防治生态功能区,涉及区域属于土地沙化敏感区、盐渍化敏感区。扬黄工程环境影响评价主要关注工程对生态环境的影响,在采取植被恢复措施过程中可选取沙生植物、耐盐植物。In recent years,Ningxia has accelerated the construction of supporting projects for large and medium-sized irrigation areas.This article analyzes the key points of environmental impact assessment for the Yanghuang Irrigation Project in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.Through analysis,it is found that most of the Yanghuang Project in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region is located in agricultural ecological function areas and salinization and desertification control ecological function areas,involving regions that are sensitive to land desertification and salinization.the environmental impact assessment of the Yellow River pumping station project mainly focuses on the project’s impact on the ecological environment.In the process of adopting vegetation restoration measures,sand plants and salt-tolerant plants can be selected.
