新形势下城市大气环境治理的创新策略探析

摘　　要：随着城市化进程的加快,城市大气环境治理面临着严峻挑战,主要表现为大气污染日益严重以及传统治理手段的局限性。为了应对上述挑战,本文提出新形势下城市大气环境治理的创新策略。首先,加强政府主导作用,推动公众的广泛参与,形成共治共享的局面。其次,推动技术的创新与应用,提升治理效率。同时,优化产业与能源结构,减少污染排放。此外还要加强跨区域和国际合作,共同应对大气污染问题。最后,推进低碳交通发展,减少交通排放。通过这些创新策略的实施,能够有效改善城市大气环境质量,促进生态文明和社会的可持续发展,从而为城市大气环境治理提供借鉴。With the acceleration of the urbanization process,urban air environment management is facing severe challenges,mainly manifested as the increasingly serious air pollution and the limitations of traditional treatment methods.In order to cope with the above challenges,the innovative strategies of urban air environment governance under the new situation are put forward in this paper.First of all,strengthen the leading role of the government,promote broad public participation,and form a situation of joint governance and sharing.Secondly,promote technological innovation and application to improve governance efficiency.At the same time,we will optimize the industrial and energy structure and reduce pollution emissions.In addition,cross-regional and international cooperation should be strengthened to jointly tackle air pollution.Finally,promote the development of low-carbon transportation and reduce transportation emissions.The implementation of the above innovative strategies can effectively improve the quality of urban air environment,promote ecological civilization and social sustainable development,so as to provide references for urban air environment governance.
