“南阳实践”在跨界河流水污染中的应用分析

摘　　要：我国拥有丰富的水资源,华南地区分布着大量的跨界河流。为保障水质安全,促进华南区域经济的可持续发展,我们需要全面贯彻落实“以空间换时间、以时间保安全”的工作原则,采用“南阳实践”的应急处置方案,积极应对跨界河流的水污染问题,为水环境安全提供可靠的保障。本文简要分析了“南阳实践”的内涵,并基于现实工作要求,重点阐述了在跨界河流水污染应对中“南阳实践”的应用策略,旨在提高水污染的应急处置质量和效率,从而为相关人员提供参考和借鉴。China has abundant water resources,and there are a large number of cross-border rivers distributed in the South China region.In order to ensure water quality safety and promote sustainable development of the South China regional economy,it is necessary to fully implement the work principle of“exchanging space for time and ensuring safety with time”,adopt the emergency response plan of“Nanyang Practice”,actively respond to the water pollution problem of cross-border rivers,and provide reliable guarantees for the safety of the water environment.After a brief analysis of the connotation of“Nanyang Practice”,this article focuses on the application strategies of“Nanyang Practice”in response to cross-border river water pollution based on practical work requirements,aiming to improve the quality and efficiency of emergency response to water pollution,and provide reference and guidance for relevant personnel.
