摘  要:随着国内经济水平的不断提高,我国民航事业也取得了较为突出的成就。在民航业不断发展的过程中,既要高度重视航空服务礼仪的可视化作用,同时也要在条件允许情况下尽可能为乘客提供更加个性化和更加凸显各航空公司特点的服务,这是提升乘客满意度的最直接和有效的方式,进而也为航空公司树立良好的社会形象找到了强有力的抓手。通过对空乘服务礼仪的深入分析,结合航空公司的实际情况,提出有效的服务策略,以提升乘客的满意度和航空公司的竞争力,对于民航业更好适应新时期的发展需求起到重要促进作用。With the continuous improvement of the domestic economic level,China's civil aviation industry has also achieved outstanding achievements.In the process of continuous development of the civil aviation industry,it is necessary to attach great importance to the visual role of aviation service etiquette,and at the same time,to provide passengers with more personalized and distinctive services that highlight the characteristics of each airline as much as possible under favorable conditions.This is the most direct and effective way to improve passenger satisfaction,and it also provides a strong grip for airlines to establish a good social image.Through in-depth analysis of flight attendant service etiquette and combined with the actual situation of airlines,effective service strategies are proposed to enhance passenger satisfaction and the competitiveness of airlines,which plays an important role in promoting the civil aviation industry to better adapt to the development needs of the new era.
