摘 要:立足于“双碳”目标的达成,各行业都在推进绿色转型进而实现可持续发展,物流业作为碳排放的重要来源地,具有高耗能、高排放的特殊性,客观影响区域的高质量发展。文章以厘清长江经济带上中下游各省绿色物流效率影响因素、探究长江2013—2021年绿色物流产业效率时空变化规律以及推动因素为目的。研究发现:根据数据可以看出,上中下游地区的物流效率基本呈现“下游>中游>上游”的特征。绿色物流技术效率和规模效率在2013年、2017年和2021年呈现“先升后降”的态势;产业效率整体为“上升”趋势;空间分布上,绿色物流产业技术效率空间差异程度最大,产业效率次之,规模效率最小。透过数据可以看出,该区域产业、生态、经济、运输推动力对绿色物流产业效率有明显正向空间溢出效应,在未来发展中亟需政府支持,同时企业投入模式可以有效提升绿色物流效率,共同助推长江上中下游地区绿色物流的合作与交流,实现长江经济带绿色物流高质量发展。Based on the achievement of"double carbon"goals,all industries are promoting green transformation and achieving sustainable development.As an important source of carbon emissions,the logistics industry objectively affects the high-quality development of the region because of its particularity of high energy consumption and high emissions.The study finds that according to the data,the logistics efficiency of the upper,middle and lower reaches of the region basically presents the characteristics of"downstream>midstream>upstream".The technical efficiency and scale efficiency of green logistics will increase first and then decrease in 2013,2017 and 2021.The overall industrial efficiency is an"upward"trend;in terms of spatial distribution,the spatial difference of technical efficiency of green logistics industry is the largest,followed by industrial efficiency and scale efficiency.It can be seen from the data that the driving forces of industry,ecology,economy and transportation in this region have a significant positive spatial spillover effect on the efficiency of green logistics industry.In the future development,government support is urgently needed.At the same time,the enterprise investment model can effectively improve the green logistics efficiency,jointly promote the cooperation and exchange of green logistics in the upper,middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River,and realize the high-quality development of green logistics in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
