共享经济下城市生鲜物流协同发展策略研究

摘  要:我国生鲜物流经过一段时间的发展,各类保鲜技术、冷链设施和数据系统已经基本可以满足消费者的生鲜需求,但传统物流配送模式成本高、效率低,尚未形成集群效应,总体仍处于粗放型发展阶段,无法充分满足现代消费者对高质量和高性价比的生鲜物流需求。城市客群是生鲜物流的主要受众,在生鲜物流的实践中,生鲜配送的“最后一公里”问题逐渐演化为“垂直一百米”难题,亟需改良和优化生鲜物流发展模式。文章认为,当前生鲜物流行业属于“蓝海”行业,市场尚未饱和,企业间高效协同合作共赢是生鲜物流现代化发展的良好契机和现实进路。应利用共享经济盘活并聚合生产、运输、分销、驿站、配送等生鲜物流资源,成立生鲜物流联盟,充分利用信息共享平台提高生鲜商品流转效率,缩短生鲜商品在途时间,最终提高生鲜商品性价比,迎合消费需求。After a period of development,China's fresh food logistics sector has made significant strides,with various preservation technologies,cold chain facilities,and data systems now generally meeting consumer demand for fresh produce.However,traditional logistics distribution models remain costly and inefficient,lacking cluster effects and thus still in a stage of rudimentary development.This inadequacy falls short of fully satisfying modern consumers'demands for high-quality and cost-effective fresh food logistics.Urban consumers constitute the primary audience for fresh food logistics,and in practice,the"last kilometer"delivery challenge has evolved into a"vertical hundred meters"problem,necessitating improvements and optimization in the development model of fresh food logistics.This paper posits that the current fresh food logistics industry is a"blue ocean"market with untapped potential.Effective collaboration and win-win strategies among enterprises present a promising and realistic pathway for the modernization of fresh food logistics.By leveraging the sharing economy to mobilize and integrate resources across production,transportation,distribution,stations,and delivery,and by establishing fresh food logistics alliances,the industry can fully utilize information-sharing platforms to enhance the efficiency of fresh product circulation,reduce transit time,and ultimately improve the cost-effectiveness of fresh goods to meet consumer demands.
