摘  要:酒钢本部烧结矿以自产综精为主料,为此,烧结基础性能的研究围绕着综精及以综精为主料的混合矿开展。通过同化性、液相流动性、黏结相强度等基础性能的研究,提出最优的配矿组合为:综精与古堡权精矿、综精与九正精矿、综精与新业资产精矿。The main material used in the sintering of Jiuquan Iron and Steel Company's headquarters is self-produced comprehensive concentrate.Therefore,research on the basic properties of sintering focuses on comprehensive concentrate and mixed ores with comprehensive concentrate as the main material.Through the study of basic properties such as assimilation,liquid-phase fluidity,and bonding strength,the optimal ore blending combination is proposed as follows:comprehensive refining and ancient castle weight concentrate,comprehensive refining and Jiuzheng concentrate,comprehensive refining and new industry assets concentrate.
