摘 要:以铁矿石为实验试样,系统的对铁物相分析检测方法进行了改进。并对各相铁的影响因素进行了实验,确定了磁性铁与其他矿物、赤褐铁与硅酸铁的最佳磁选次数为5次,有效地将磁性铁与其他矿物、赤褐铁与硅酸铁分离。并确定了赤褐铁与硅酸铁的磁选方式是在烧杯底部研磨圆周循环移动。确定了碳酸铁浸取液浓度为100 g/L AlCl_(3)和5 g/L NaHCO_(3)。用该方法对铁矿石物相成分分析标准物质进行实验,得出实验结果与标准值相近,说明该方法适用于铁矿石的铁物相分析。Iron ore is taken as the experimental sample,and the method of iron phase analysis and detection is improved systematically.The influence factors of each phase of iron were tested,and the best magnetic separation times of magnetic iron and other minerals,brown iron and iron silicate were determined to be 5 times,which effectively separated magnetic iron from other minerals,brown iron and iron silicate.The magnetic separation mode of brown iron and iron silicate was determined to move in the grinding circle at the bottom of the beaker.The leaching concentration of ferric carbonate was determined to be 100 g/L AlCl_(3) and 5 g/L NaHCO_(3).The experimental results are similar to the standard values,indicating that the method is suitable for iron phase analysis of iron ore.
