摘  要:随着当前铜冶炼加工费TC/RC连续走低,国内铜企业面临着减产缩本挑战。某厂为了抵御加工费降低风险,实行了降低铜冶炼系统能耗的措施,通过激励机制+考核的方式倒逼生产部门探寻节能降耗的方法,在生产用电、天然气、水等能耗方面进行了技术创新,实现了火法冶炼系统吨铜耗能的有效降低,天然气单耗从2022年的29.75 m^(3)/t-Cu降低到2023年的24.62 m^(3)/t-Cu,电单耗从2022年的138.9 kWh/t-Cu降低到2023年的70.04 kWh/t-Cu。As the current copper smelting processing fee TC/RC continues to decline,domestic copper enterprises are facing the challenge of production reduction and cost reduction.In order to resist the processing fee to reduce the risk,a factory has implemented measures to reduce the consumption of copper smelting system,forced the production department to explore energy-saving methods through the incentive mechanism+assessment,and carried out technological innovation in the production of electricity,natural gas,water and other energy consumption.The energy consumption of tons of copper in the thermal smelting system is effectively reduced,the energy consumption of natural gas is reduced from 29.75 m^(3)/t-Cu in 2022 to 24.62 m^(3)/t-Cu in 2023,and the energy consumption of electricity is reduced from 138.9 kWh/t-Cu in 2022 to 70.04 kWh/t-Cu in 2023.
