ICP-AES测定某冶炼厂硬锌合金中镓、锗、铟元素的含量

摘  要:采用硝酸-过氧化氢溶解硬锌样品,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪测定Ga、Ge、In的方法。对该方法的元素谱线、检出限、精密度和加标回收进行了验证试验,选择谱线Ga 417.206 nm、Ge 265.118 nm、In 325.609 nm,检出限分别为Ga:0.0053μg/mL、Ge:0.0066μg/mL、In:0.0058μg/mL,RSD在Ga:0.57%~2.22%、Ge:0.62%~3.52%、In:0.56%~0.70%,加标回收率在Ga:95.8%~105.2%、Ge:96.4%~104.6%、In:95.1%~103.5%,该方法与可见分光光度法进行了对比,两种方法的测定值吻合较好。该方法简便、快速、准确,同时采用基体匹配法消除了仪器测定过程中主量元素带来的基体效应,保证了结果的准确、可靠性。The hard zinc sample was dissolved with nitric acid-hydrogen peroxide,and determined of gallium,germanium and indium by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.The method was verified by the spectral line,detection limit,precision and recovery of added standard,Ga 417.206 nm、Ge 265.118 nm、In 325.609 nm were selectde as the analytical line,limit of detection Ga:0.0053μg/mL、Ge:0.0066μg/mL、In:0.0058μg/mL,RSD ranged from Ga:0.57%~2.22%、Ge:0.62%~3.52%、In:0.56%~0.70%,the recovery rate were Ga:95.8%~105.2%、Ge:96.4%~104.6%、In:95.1%~103.5%,the results of the two methods were compared with those of the visible spectrophotometer.The method is simple,rapid and accurate,which eliminates the matrix effect caused by the main elements in the determination process and ensures the accuracy and reliability of the results.
