摘 要:为了探究1.25Cr0.5Mo合金钢在高温下的拉伸性能,通过控制温度开展了1.25Cr0.5Mo合金钢在常温和高温下的拉伸对比实验。测试了1.25Cr0.5Mo合金钢在不同温度条件下的屈服强度、抗拉强度、断面收缩率和延伸率等力学性能,并利用扫描电子显微镜对拉伸断口形貌特征进行了观察和分析,获得了温度变化对1.25Cr0.5Mo合金钢拉伸性能的影响规律。结果表明:1.25Cr0.5Mo合金钢在不同温度下的断裂模式都属于微孔聚集型韧性断裂,在给定的温度范围内拉伸强度和塑性均随着拉伸温度的升高而呈现下降的趋势。In order to investigate the tensile properties of 1.25Cr0.5Mo alloy steel at high temperatures,comparative experiments were conducted on the tensile properties of 1.25Cr0.5Mo alloy steel at room and high temperatures by controlling the temperature.The mechanical properties of 1.25Cr0.5Mo alloy steel,including yield strength,tensile strength,cross-sectional shrinkage,and elongation,were tested under different temperature conditions.The tensile fracture morphology characteristics were observed and analyzed using scanning electron microscopy,and the influence of temperature changes on the tensile properties of 1.25Cr0.5Mo alloy steel was obtained.The results indicated that the fracture mode of 1.25Cr0.5Mo alloy steel at different temperatures belongs to the micro pore aggregation type ductile fracture.Within the given temperature range,the tensile strength and plasticity both show a decreasing trend with the increase of tensile temperature.
