摘 要:分别对347H与321H两种奥氏体不锈钢进行固溶处理,利用扫描电子显微镜、金相显微镜以及万向拉伸实验机,对材料显微组织形貌、第二相析出物形态分布、宏观金相组织形貌及力学性能进行测试。实验结果表明:347H和321H固溶后均发现在其基体中有第二相析出,321H第二相析出物明显较347H析出物聚集且具有更大的几何尺寸;在宏观金相组织中两种材料固溶处理后均存在“混晶”现象,其中347H固溶后细晶组织与粗晶组织产生分层;在力学性能方面,测试不同厚度规格样品,347H钢种具有更良好的屈服强度和抗拉强度,而321H钢种的延伸率则展现出优异的稳定性。Two types of austenitic stainless steels,347H and 321H,were subjected to solid solution treatment.The microstructure,distribution of second phase precipitates,macroscopic metallographic morphology,and mechanical properties of the materials were tested using scanning electron microscopy,metallographic microscopy,and universal tensile testing machines.The experimental results show that after solid solution of 347H and 321H,a second phase precipitate was found in their matrix.The 321H second phase precipitate is significantly more aggregated than the 347H precipitate and has a larger geometric size;In the macroscopic metallographic structure,there is a phenomenon of"mixed crystal"in both materials after solid solution treatment,where the fine grain structure and coarse grain structure are layered after 347H solid solution treatment;In terms of mechanical properties,samples with different thickness specifications were tested,and 347H steel showed better yield strength and tensile strength,while 321H steel showed excellent stability in terms of elongation.
