摘  要:住房城乡建设领域是开展“人工智能+”行动的重要阵地,有利于充分发挥我国超大规模市场应用场景丰富的优势,加快培育和发展新质生产力。本文梳理了人工智能在住房城乡建设领域基础支撑、建筑业和城市建设三大方面的十类典型场景,研究了人工智能给住建行业带来的工作岗位和知识需求重塑、破解“卡脖子”技术难度增加、建筑将成为新一代智能终端等深远影响,分析了行业认识不足、缺乏高质量的大模型训练数据、对行业大模型研发引导不足等存在的主要问题,并提出通过纳入国家战略布局、建设和开放“数据底座”、加强支持引导等措施统筹推进住建领域人工智能技术和场景创新的政策建议。The housing and urban-rural development is an important sector for the“AI+”operation,which can fully leverage the advantages of China’s huge market with abundant application scenarios and accelerate the cultivation and development of new quality productivity.This paper outlines ten typical scenarios of AI application in three major areas of housing and urban-rural development,namely,infrastructure support,construction industry,and urban development,and studies the profound impacts exerted by AI on the housing and urban-rural development industry,including the occupation rebuilding and knowledge demands,the increased difficulty in breaking through“bottleneck”technologies,and the fact that buildings will become the next generation of intelligent terminals.Main problems are analyzed including insufficient industry awareness,lack of highquality large-scale model training data,and insufficient guidance for the development of industry-specific large-scale models,and policy suggestions of coordinately promoting the innovations of AI technologies and scenarios in the housing and urban-rural development sector are proposed by integrating the AI technology into the national strategic layout,building and opening up“data foundation”and strengthening supports and guidance.
