摘 要:城市排水系统是城市基础设施的重要组成部分,对城市防涝排水、水环境保护、公共卫生安全等具有重要作用。但受建设年代久远、设计标准偏低等因素影响,许多城市的排水系统面临着管网老化破损、排水能力不足、雨污分流不彻底等问题。本文在分析城市老旧排水系统存在问题的基础上,从完善规划、实施管网改造、推进雨污分流、加强设施维护、建设调蓄设施等方面,提出了城市老旧排水系统改造与升级的对策建议。标本兼治,多管齐下,系统推进城市排水系统改造,方能补齐城市发展短板,提升城市综合承载力,为建设韧性城市、海绵城市夯实基础。Urban drainage system is an important component of urban infrastructure,playing an important role in urban flood prevention and drainage,water environment protection,public health and safety,etc.However,due to factors such as the long construction period and low design standards,many cities face problems such as aging and damage to their drainage systems,insufficient drainage capacity,and incomplete separation of rainwater and sewage.On the basis of analyzing the problems existing in old urban drainage systems,this article proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the renovation and upgrading of urban old drainage systems from the aspects of improving planning,implementing pipeline network renovation,promoting rainwater and sewage diversion,strengthening facility maintenance,and constructing regulating and storage facilities.By addressing both the symptoms and root causes,implementing multiple approaches,and systematically promoting the transformation of urban drainage systems,we can fill the gaps in urban development,enhance the comprehensive carrying capacity of cities,and lay solid foundation for building resilient and sponge cities.
